I’ve been using a core workout that takes some exercises from my McMillan Runner’s Core DVDs, this stability ball workout, and a few miscellaneous moves from who knows where.
It looks something like this:
3 Rounds of…
Bridge (minus marching): 10x
Bird Dog: 10x each leg
Traditional crunches: 10x
Oblique twists on the ball from 3:00 in this video: 10x each side
Modified “Jane Fonda’s” (side leg lift things): 10x front, 10x middle, 10x back each side
Any thoughts on improving this workout, especially for cycling? Any good links to share?
